Hello and thank you for visiting our site! My name is John Spencer and I am the President and CTO of Jaguar Data Systems Inc. located in Westbank, BC - in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. We created this company in response to the technical requirements of many small and medium sized businesses who do not have an in-house IT department.
I'm a versatile Programmer/Systems Analyst with 35+ years of experience in application development and support for Construction, Government, Manufacturing, Distribution and Retail Systems. My strongest skills and experience are in the construction industry, specifically with job costing and payroll operations. I have significant experience with accounting systems, EDI, ACH and other electronic commerce applications.
The primary software we work with is called PvxPlus © (formerly known as Providex ®), one of the most advanced and versatile software development environments available today. The PvxPlus development environment provides a stable, state of the art platform that ensures the software we develop for your business fits your exact specifications and standards. Using PvxPlus, you can maintain one version of your software – and run it on multiple platforms including servers, desktops, notepads and smart phones. You can truly create your software once and run it on any platform.
We consider trouble-shooting, customer service and end-user support an important aspect of the services we provide.
